About the role
Lead the management, security, and continuous improvement of an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment. Work with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams on identity management, endpoint compliance, and threat protection.
Responsibilities
- Manage and secure the enterprise Microsoft 365 environment.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, security baselines, Autopilot, and endpoint security.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, PIM, Identity Protection, and user lifecycle processes.
- Administer and secure Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Manage Microsoft Defender solutions and integrate with external EDR platforms such as CrowdStrike and SentinelOne.
- Define governance policies, security configurations, and best practices.
- Work with cybersecurity teams on detection, incident response, and security improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and configuration standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience managing and securing Microsoft 365 environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Defender.
- Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Strong understanding of endpoint security, identity and access management, governance, and compliance.
- Experience working with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and security-first mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
