Fintech Project Manager

About the role

Lead end-to-end technology projects in a financial organization, coordinating digital platforms with legacy core systems and supporting innovation, automation, and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, goals, schedules, tasks, and implementation.
  • Track milestones, manage risks, remove blockers, and meet quality targets.
  • Coordinate integrations between digital platforms and legacy core systems.
  • Align senior leaders, technology teams, and business partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing technology projects at a financial institution - mandatory.
  • Banking experience - advantage.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and hands-on work with financial data.
  • Proven proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • AI or process automation projects, or systems analysis experience - advantage.
