About the role

Lead Microsoft cloud infrastructure and end-to-end digital workflows, developing Power Platform automations and providing technical leadership for the onsite help desk.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end digital workflows.
  • Manage Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, and Teams environments.
  • Build and maintain Power Platform automations and low-code applications.
  • Provide technical leadership to the onsite help desk and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years implementing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments in organizations.
  • MS-102 Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.
  • AZ-104 Azure Administrator or AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect certification.
  • PowerShell scripting for cloud administration - advantage.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or Azure OpenAI - advantage.
