About the role

Lead complex technology and process projects across financial core systems, coordinating stakeholders and delivering organization-wide change while maintaining business continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects end to end, from initiation through launch and production.
  • Lead projects involving financial and operational core systems.
  • Coordinate business, technology, operations, security, vendor, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Manage scope, schedules, milestones, risks, and organizational change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, industrial engineering, computer science, or related field - mandatory.
  • 4+ years managing technology projects at a financial institution, including core systems - mandatory.
  • Banking experience with Mainframe (MF) environments - mandatory.
  • Experience with Agile methods, matrix management, and cross-organizational integrations.
  • Systems analysis, financial compliance, or complex integration experience - advantage.
