About the role

Perform manual Salesforce testing, investigate production issues, support users, and coordinate testing and production support across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute manual tests and prepare test documentation.
  • Review specifications and support system users.
  • Investigate production incidents and troubleshoot integrations.
  • Support newly deployed features and coordinate with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of software testing, including 1.5+ years testing Salesforce - mandatory.
  • At least one year of Salesforce experience - mandatory.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to work independently and systematically.
  • Strong communication, service orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with integrations and Postman - advantage.
