About the role

Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce requirements and functional and technical specifications in a financial organization.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business documents into Salesforce requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze business processes and define suitable system solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, internal teams, and mortgage consultants.
  • Write detailed specifications for implementation and development teams.

Requirements

  • ~5 years in information systems, including 1-2 years in systems analysis - mandatory.
  • Practical experience and in-depth familiarity with Salesforce - mandatory.
  • Experience writing requirements and functional and technical specifications.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and work with business and technology teams.
  • Large financial organizations, Salesforce implementation, or Apex - advantage.
