About the role

Manage and optimize Microsoft-focused infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, with equal responsibility for systems administration and information security.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Microsoft 365, on-premises systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Implement MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and endpoint protection.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and security issues.
  • Lead technology projects with vendors and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years as a system administrator in a medium or large organization - mandatory.
  • Expertise with Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive - mandatory.
  • Experience with Defender, Entra ID, hybrid environments, and Active Directory.
  • Hands-on VMware, Windows Server, Exchange, and networking experience.
  • PowerShell scripting and Veeam backup experience - advantage.
