- In May 2025, Fortinet acquired Suridata to strengthen its Unified SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) portfolio.
- The acquisition integrated Suridata’s SSPM technology into Fortinet’s platform, allowing for more comprehensive SaaS security, including real-time monitoring, configuration control, and automated threat detection and response.
