What is Power Automation?
Power Automate is a workflow automation service. Workflow makes it possible to take human or technical processes and turn them into a process that works automatically, as needed, scheduled or immediately.
So, what can be done with Power Automate?

- Improve efficiency – Document and visually present your end-to-end processes with Process Advisor, while providing guided recommendations to create flows and deep insights that eliminate the need to guess the operations that require automation.
- Improve workflows with AI – Make your automation even smarter with AI Builder. Quickly process forms with document automation, process approvals, recognize images and text or create them with pre-built models.
All this and more. Environment administrators can access analytics for Power Automate in the Microsoft Power Platform admin center. The reports provide insights on activations, usage, errors, flow types created, shared flows and details about connectors associated with all the different flow types, such as automatic flows, button flows, scheduled flows, approval flows, business process flows. These reports do not offer insights into desktop flow.
Power Automate reports provide insights into the usage of automations and environments and the configuration of all flows and connectors. The reports answer questions such as:
What is the total number of unique users of the cloud flow in the solution or environments?
What is the number of successful versus failed sessions in the cloud flows?
What is the total number of unique users of the cloud flow in the solution or environments?
What is the number of successful versus failed sessions in the cloud flows?
How many flows exist in my solution or environment?
Which of my environments have the most unique users?
What were the top flows in my solution or environments by sessions?
